Kodi Live TV (IPTV) add-ons are a bit hit or miss if they work or not, but are constantly improving.
Like all Kodi modulesit depends on how the developer updates the add-on and how it works.
This means that one day you will have no problems while the next day, or the next hour, the flow is no longer working.
These ups and downs between working and not working can be frustrating, so it's always best to stick to already recorded videos and find good links if possible.
That said, there are some good ones that have consistently improved Live TV/IPTV streams; just don't expect it to be as reliable as cable, satellite, or over-the-air antenna TV.
