Procedure
- In aluminum foil, ADD the beets, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until softened.
- Season the fish and asparagus with salt, pepper and garlic.
- COOK fish and asparagus in a pan with butter and oil for 3 minutes on each side.
- MIX beetroot with whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- SERVE with a little beetroot sauce under the fish and accompany with asparagus.
