Procedure
- In a saucepan, ADD the olive oil and brown the garlic and onion.
- ADD corn kernels and fry for 5 minutes.
- ADD pumpkin blossom and chicken broth. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Put everything in the saucepan in the blender and add the cream cheese.
- In the same saucepan, MELT the butter and add the tablespoon of flour.
- EMPTY what you have mixed into the pan, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- If you wish, you can add milk to lighten the cream a little.
- SERVE and accompany with croutons.
